Most chiropractors already hand out exercises. A National Board of Chiropractic Examiners survey found that 98% use corrective or therapeutic exercise, as reported by Foot Levelers.

So adding corrective exercise to a chiropractic practice rarely means starting from zero. It means moving from a sheet of stretches to a program built for each client, with someone accountable for it. That’s what we call posture therapy: corrective exercise that starts with an assessment, is built for one person, and runs in a set order.

That step is where most practices stall. Here’s what it takes → and why it’s less work than it sounds.

What Adding Corrective Exercise Does for a Practice

Let’s keep it simple. A practice gains three things.

  • Results that hold. Hands-on care restores motion. Posture therapy between visits rebuilds the support underneath it. We explain the clinical side in why adjustments don’t hold.
  • Clients who follow through. In our experience, about 80% of clients complete their exercises as instructed, because the work is built for them and someone is checking.
  • A new revenue line. Posture therapy is a separate service. In our experience, practices charge more for a posture therapy appointment than for an adjustment or a training session. We cover the model in practice revenue without more hours.

There’s a trade-off worth knowing about. Clients who hold their results may need fewer visits. In Dr. Anthony Cipperoni’s practice, that has come with more referrals, because clients who finally get lasting relief tell people.

Those are our observations, not guarantees. Every practice and every client is different.

Four Reasons Practices Hold Back

Here’s the breakdown. These are the four reasons we hear most, and our answer to each.

“We don’t have enough staff.” You don’t need to hire. Each appointment takes about 30 minutes of staff time. When your team is stretched, our virtual trainers can run appointments with your clients, for an added fee.

“We already give exercises.” Most practices do. The exercises are usually generic, and clients stop doing them within weeks. A program built from that client’s own assessment gets followed, because it’s theirs. We cover why in home exercise compliance.

“We don’t want to learn a new technique.” You don’t have to. You take the assessment photos. Our posture therapy team reads them and builds the sequences. You review and approve each one before your client sees it.

“We’re not sure it works.” That’s a fair doubt, and we’d rather show you than tell you. Start with one client. Pick someone whose results haven’t held, compare the photos before and after, and judge it yourself.

What the First Week Looks Like

Adding corrective exercise to a chiropractic practice starts with four steps.

  1. Onboard the clinic. We set up your practice on the platform.
  2. Onboard your practitioners. Each person who’ll take part gets their own access.
  3. Review the resources. Short guides cover what posture therapy is and how to use Function Rx. This is orientation, and it doesn’t require a certification.
  4. Submit your first assessment. You take a set of posture photos of one client and send them in.

From there, each client follows the same path:

  • Assessment. You take the photos. The first sequence comes back within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Four sequences. The client does one a day at home, with a new sequence each week. About 20 minutes is typical, and we build each sequence to the time the client can give daily.
  • Reassessment. New photos show what changed, and add-on sequences are there for clients who continue.

It fits more than one kind of practice:

  • A chiropractic or physical therapy clinic adds it alongside hands-on care.
  • A personal trainer uses it to prepare a client’s body for load.
  • A workplace wellness provider runs it remotely, with photos taken on site.
