You already give your clients exercises. You probably give them away for free.

You’re in good company. A National Board of Chiropractic Examiners survey found that 98% of chiropractors use corrective or therapeutic exercise in their care, as reported by Foot Levelers. Many never charge for it.

That’s practice revenue you’ve earned and aren’t collecting. Posture therapy turns that advice into a structured service → one your clients value and pay for.

The Ceiling on Hands-On Care

Hands-on care trades time for money. You can only see so many people in a day, and that sets your ceiling.

Then there’s the symptom-chasing cycle. A client comes in with back pain. You treat it. They feel better. Two weeks later they’re back with the same complaint.

You’re working hard, and you keep starting over. It wears practitioners down, and it frustrates clients → because everyone can tell something isn’t sticking.

More hours won’t fix either problem. A different kind of service will.

How the Model Works

Let’s keep it simple. One assessment leads to four corrective sequences, delivered over about a month.

Here’s the breakdown:

  1. You assess. You take a set of posture photos and submit them.
  2. We build. The Function Rx posture therapy team writes four sequences around what the photos show.
  3. You approve. You review each sequence before it reaches your client.
  4. Your client does the work. One sequence a week, about 20 minutes a day, in the app.
  5. You reassess. New photos show what changed.

Most practitioners treat the assessment as one appointment and each sequence as another. That’s five billable appointments from one client, and you set the price.

Your time goes into the assessment, the review, and the relationship. It doesn’t go into writing programs from scratch.

Where the Practice Revenue Comes From

One system gives you four sources:

  • The first round. The assessment and four sequences, sold as a package or by the appointment.
  • Reassessments. Each one starts a new round for clients who want to keep progressing.
  • Add-on sequences. Extra sequences for a specific goal, such as a sport or a long-haul desk job.
  • Virtual appointments. Function Rx trainers guide your client through the work, and you set the client’s price.

Then there’s retention. A client on a weekly sequence has a reason to stay engaged between visits. A reassessment gives them proof of progress in side-by-side photos.

Clients who see change tend to stay, and they tend to tell people. We can’t promise you a number, because what you earn depends on your pricing and how many clients take it up.

What It Costs You

It works best when you know the costs up front. Here they are.

  • A monthly clinic subscription, plus a fee for what you use: each assessment round, each sequence, each virtual appointment.
  • A few minutes per client to take photos and review sequences.
  • No new staff. The sequences are built for you.
  • No new floor space. Clients do the work at home.

The subscription is a cost, not a profit center on its own. The margin comes from what you charge clients for each round → so it pays when clients use it.

How It Fits Different Practices

The same model works across practice types and sizes.

  • Chiropractors: corrective work that helps adjustments last between visits. It also addresses the postural disconnects behind clients who plateau.
  • Personal trainers: an assessment and a corrective base for every client, and a second income line beyond floor hours.
  • Workplace wellness providers: a program for desk-based teams that runs without a room or a schedule.
  • Remote and virtual practices: photos, sequences, and reassessments all happen online.

A solo practitioner and a multi-provider clinic use the same steps. The difference is only volume.

Your clients can read the plain-language version in What Is Posture Therapy. It’s written for them, so you can send it before the first assessment.

Getting Started

You don’t need to become a posture therapy specialist first. The Function Rx team builds the sequences, and you stay the practitioner your client trusts.

You’ll have:

  • Training resources on the website, including guides for the assessment photos and the platform
  • Support from our team along the way
  • A practitioner dashboard for assessments, approvals, and client progress
  • A client app that delivers each sequence

It’s expert-guided care with your name on it.
